Problems in E-Notebook after switching to new SSL certificate
Some application functionality may stop working if the corresponding
service resides on a server to which a new SSL certificate was recently
issued.
On the corresponding server, go to Server Sertificates, and check if
the "Issued To" value is different from the previous certificate. For
example:
Before - 'server123'
After - 'server123.company.com'
SOLUTION #1:
Submit a new certificate signing request with the previous name (e.g.
'server123' instead of 'server123.company.com') to your Certificate
Authority provider.
SOLUTION #2:
In the E-Notebook configuration of the corresponding application
module, change the server name from 'server123' to
'server123.company.com'.
