We face performance issues with login to E-Notebook. What can be the reason for that?
If it takes long to login, there could be several reasons: 1. Incorrect usage of E-Notebook and references. User has many references or items in referenced pages in "User Configuration" / "Search"/"Tasks" folder. When E-Notebook loads, it tries to load all items mentioned into cache and it takes time. Deleting unnecessary references can lead to significant performance improvements. 2. Incorrect configuration for current situation. In this case it takes long to download all content on the Home page. Gather client logs and provide details to Support for further investigation. 3. Network speed. 4. Issues with load or memory on Application server. 5. Jobs running on the background (if issues are not always reproducible).
