What kind of errors can i see on a multiple node configuration?

Error creating Chemistry Experiments A costumer reported an issue creating chemestry experiments MC and PC experiments for their ELN configuration. The manifestation of the issue within ELN was an oracle error:Sorry and error occurred while executing the SQL "Chemical_Structure_Cell.Copy": ORA-29875: failed in the execution of the ODCIINDEXINSERT routine and ORA-28578: Protocal error durring callback from an external procedure. The issue was manifested in their development, training environments and somewhat in their UAT environment. The Merck enviroenment has the particularity of having a RAC set up for their DB (https://www.oracle.com/database/real-application-clusters/index.html), with a total of 8 nodes. The final determination by their DB team was a missing link of the tnsnames.ora on node 8. They fixed the missing link and bounced back the application, this solved the issue.
