Problem:

When trying to view a PDF in the binder section I get the following error message:

"Error loading: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. (Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.)"

Solution:

Uninstall and install Adobe Reader again on the affected computer.
