Product: E-Notebook Enterprise
When working with CombiChem, enumerating to reactions or products are mutually exclusive. If you are enumerating reactions then MPS Products will stay empty. However, there's another option:
- From the middle tier, copy folder C:\Program Files\Cambridgesoft\E-Notebook 12.x\Std\COEIntegrationConfig\BulkRegistationConfig\Section Types to a client machine.
- Form the client machine, login to ELN as an admin.
- Browse all and go to Configuration-Section Types.
- Right click on it and select Import.
- Browse to the folder copied in step 1.
- Select MPS Summary.xml and click OK.
- Add MPS Summary as a default section for the experiment type used for CombiChem.
- Remove MPS Products as a default section for the experiment type used for CombiChem.
- Browse all and go to Configuration-Section Types-MPS Enumerated Reactions
- Right click on the header bar of the Products field.
- Select Add Property After.
- Select Chemical Structure. Click OK.
- Refresh ELN (F5). In case you can't find MPS Summary.xml on the middle tier, please contact support.
