Problem:
The issue appears on Citrix server.
When printing an experiment containing MS Excel section type sometimes the following error appears:

It’s not specific to any particular experiments or data contained in excel sections.
Solution:
The problem was resolved by disabling Clipboard Mapping on the Windows Citrix server.
