Problem:

Getting the following error when trying to export to pdf:

Sorry, there is no folder named "Document Settings" in rendering folder "Rendering Folder".

Solution:

The Document Settings folder is missing from the Rendering Folder for that user.

Steps to fix it:

1- Login to ELN as an admin
2- Browse All and go to Users->User Configuration->Rendering Folder
3- Right click Document Settings and Copy
4- Browse to the User Configuration folder under the affected user.
5- Right click Rendering Folder and select Paste Reference.
6- Refresh ELN. Rendering should work for the user. If the Rendering Folder is missing for the user then repeat the steps, but instead of copying/pasting Document Settings, paste a reference to the Rendering Folder itself.
