An E-Notebook user would like to reopen her experiment, but "Re-Open" transition does not seem to be available.

Your Collection Type might have been configured to have different States during "Sign and Close" process - (1) "Signed" (i.e. submitted to witness, but not yet signed by witness) and (2) "Closed" (i.e. already signed by witness). Each State has its own Transition Types. If you need to revert an experiment in State (1), just select the "Cancel Submission" command. If you need to revert an experiment in State (2), please use the "Re-Open" command.

Everyone -> Configuration -> Collection Types -> [rignt click on your Collection Type, e.g. "Experiment"] -> Collection Type Configuration -> States -> [expand any State] -> Transition Types.
