Issue:When installing Send2ELN v1 on a Windows 7 - 64 bits client, the process seems to go fine, but after clicking "Finish" the printer does not appear in the "Printers and Devices" page.

Issue: When installing Send2ELN v1 on a Windows 7 - 64 bits client, the process seems to go fine, but after clicking "Finish" the printer does not appear in the "Printers and Devices" page.

Solution: This is a workaround: 1- From the Windows 7 machine browse to C:\Windows\System32 2- Right click cmd.exe and select "Run as Administrator" 3- Execute the following line (for file on C drive): msiexec /i C:\SendToEnotebook.msi Note: The file name should not contain spaces. Rename accordingly.
