Problem:

Automation Error: An event was unable to invoke any of the subscribers


Solution:

PROBLEM:
 
The following error occurs when a user performs the Print and Convert to MS Word ELN functions.

Platform where the error was seen:
  • ELN version 9.0.127
  • MS Office Pro 2003
  • NO Adobe version installed on the machine.
This is a computer related issue:
  • User can print the experiment in a different machine.
  • If any other user prints from that machine he/she gets the same error.

MS Office updates may be causing ELN to misfunction.

SOLUTION:
  1. Remove all of MS Office application.
  2. Re-install MS Office.

One can try to repair MS Word and MS Office before doing a complete MS Office re-install.

Hint: Back up the Outlook archived data before removing the Office application.
