Modified elsewhere error when processing sign and close operation

Problem:

After an Experiment has been sent to another user and that user has rejected or accepted it, the originating ELN user received the following error message when trying to open the rejected experiment:

Error Refreshing title page "XXX"

Sorry, the title page "XXX" has been modified elsewhere and needs to be refreshed prior to continuing.

Solution/Workaround:

Whenever the originating user views the experiment which had the error, it appeared to the user as though the experiment was open.

However, when an ELN System Administrator viewed the same experiment, it appeared as though it had been signed and closed.

Thus, as a System Administrator you can reopen the experiment. After that, the user has to refresh the collection tree, and can then resume working.
