Problem:

Can't create AutoRedraw image


Solution:

Problem:

The error "Sorry, an error occured while completing client connection setup: Can't create AutoRedraw image" comes up when a second E-Notebook session is being opened in the same Citrix session.

 

Solution:

The default ICA display autocaching value was not inherited by the server farm.
Setting it to 8160 kbyte (enabling resolution up to 1200x900 dpi) resolved the issue.
