E-Notebook Enterprise: Resolving Problems with MS Office Sections

Can't print or export to Word from E-Notebook. Sometimes the E-Notebook client even crashes or gives an OLE error message. This can happen with all older versions of MS Office (2000, 2003, XP) and all service packs. Generally, applying the latest available MS Office service pack from Microsoft is recommend.

Solution:

The MSWORD.olb (sometimes MSWORD9.olb another number) somehow gets unregistered. Locate the MSWORD.olb file on the local computer and register it manually using the regtlib.exe utility from the command line. Please get in contact with support if you don't have the regtlib utility installed on your computer already

If this is not sufficient, doing a repair installation of Microsoft Office or uninstalling/installing will generally resolve the problem.
