Tenant administrator seeing "Access Denied" in Signals Notebook after activating tenant
When activating tenant, administrator should use the same email address as our welcome email was sent to, because this is the address we set up to be the tenant admin.
If a different email address was used to activate tenant, repeat the activation using the correct email address:
1. Open our welcome email.
2. Click on the tenant activation link.
3. Use the correct tenant admin email to activate tenant.
NOTE: One extra license might be mistakenly consumed when activating tenant with incorrect email address. Please check "Licenses Used" in the top-right corner of the Users page, and contact Support if the count is incorrect.
