Spotfire Analyst: Why are filters not being highlighted upon selecting them?

In an analysis file when the values in the Filter are selected, the filters are applied but they are not highlighted.
 

Resolution:

One of the reasons for this is because of the Custom Theme selected for the analysis file. The filters are actually highlighted but cannot be seen because the filter highlighted color is the same as the theme of the analysis file. To modify the color, follow the steps below.

Click on "View" > "Visual Theme" and select "Edit Custom Theme". In the "Edit Custom Theme" window, select a different "Primary color" besides white.
