Problem:

Does Spotfire support for Teradata Macros?


Solution:

Spotfire does not support  Teradata macros  through information designer or connectors in 7.11 or prior versions.

Possible way to use Teradata macros with Spotfire 7.11 and prior versions is by making use of Advanced Data Service(ADS)/ Composite Studio(CIS).

Note: Support for Teradata Macros has been added from versions 7.12 and later via Spotfire Teradata connector
