Symptoms:
Installation of the Spotfire Analyst desktop client may be interrupted with pop-up security warnings for the "TERR Tools.cab" and "TIBCO Enterprise Runtime for R.cab" files. The Spotfire desktop client does get installed if you click on OK and proceed, but these warnings may interrupt automated deployments.

Cause:
This issue may happen if the root certificate that backs the signature timestamp for the TERR and TERR Tools CAB files is not in the trusted root store. Check the trusted root certificate store for "UTN-USERFirst-Object". See the attached image (Filename: Capture.PNG). If it is not present, import the attached certificate (Filename: utn-userfirst-object.cer) into the trusted root store.
