This behavior is typically caused by company-level network or security settings, such as:
Single Sign-On (SSO) timeout policies
Identity provider session limits
Corporate network, proxy, or firewall timeout rules
These external settings can override the Signals application timeout configuration.
Resolution
Contact your local IT or system administrator to review and align the SSO or network timeout settings with the Signals application timeout value.
