Signals Notebook: A hash key cannot be used simply as a text character

Whenever the hash key is typed, it defaults to forcing the user to select from a drop-down list and link to a pre-defined item within the experiment.

Solution: When you hit the hash button, it calls an action, but when you press ‘Escape’ it leaves it as plain text
