Define the parser for instrument data of an In Vitro Analysis template from the Signals Configuration

For Administrators only.

Prior to this task:

✔ In Vitro Analysis template must be created.

✔ Parser Definition must be created and enabled.

✔ Data file(s) must be available locally.

✔ Plate and Materials Table must be defined.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select [System Objects]
2️⃣ System Objects ➡ select In Vitro Analysis
3️⃣ In Vitro Analysis Settings pane ➡ select Templates
4️⃣ In Vitro Analysis Templates section ➡ select in vitro analysis template
5️⃣ In Vitro Analysis Contents ➡ Instrument Data ➡ select [Instrument Data]
6️⃣ Instrument Data section ➡ select a Parser ➡ select [Test it out]
7️⃣ Load and Parse window ➡ Upload One or More Raw Data Files* ➡ select [Select file to upload, or drag and drop]
8️⃣ Open window ➡ browse and select data file(s)
9️⃣ Open window ➡ select [Open]
🔟 Load and Parse window ➡ select [Parse data]
