Description
CRO teams were unable to access the Signals ELN platform due to IP-address restrictions implemented in the system. Access was restricted to certain whitelisted IPs, which caused issues for teams attempting to connect from new IPs. This was resolved by adding the required IP addresses to the whitelist.
Solution
To resolve access issues due to IP restrictions:
- Verify the list of IP addresses needing access.
- Log in to the Signals ELN administration panel.
- Navigate to the system settings under authentication configuration.
- Check the 'Restrict IP Access' section and ensure that the required IPs are added to the whitelist.
- Save changes and test access from the updated IP addresses.
- Coordinate with users to confirm successful connection.
