Signals Notebook: How to activate the feature Text Extraction from Images

With the 25.10 update of Signals Notebook, the feature “Text Extraction from Images” was implemented. Below you will find a step-by-step guide on how to activate this feature. 

Note: This process requires accessing the Signals Notebook configuration menu, so it can only be performed by a system administrator. 

1. Access to Signals Notebook.

2. Go to the configuration menu.

3. Select the option "System settings".
   

4. Click on the “Other” menu and then on “AI features.”
   

5. Turn on the feature “Text Extraction from Images”
   

Once this process is complete, you will have successfully activated the feature “Text Extraction from Images”. Please note that this feature is exclusive to tenants with Signals One.
