Users experienced redirection to an outdated URL after session timeouts despite updating browser bookmarks to the Revvity URLs. The issue stemmed from incorrect SAML authentication configurations.
Solution
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Navigate to SNConfig System settings Authentication.
- Check the Post-logout URL configuration.

Update the Post-logout URL in both Signals Notebook and the external Identity Provider to the correct Revvity URL. (KB for reference: SAML Authentication using Microsoft Azure / Entra ID)
4. Use the 'Test Configuration' button to validate your settings before saving.5. Save only if the test passes successfully.
