Signals Notebook: Task ID Sequence Numbering is not reset on updating the Sequence Format

Description

The task sequence numbering currently uses global numbering by design, which means it continues sequentially even when the Task ID Sequence Format is updated. So, the Task ID sequence is not reset to 001. This is expected behaviour in the current system.
