In Signals Notebook, it is possible to copy an information item from one experiment to another experiment, however, there are some considerations to keep in mind when performing this action. In this article, you will find a step-by-step guide on how to perform this action.
- Access to an Experiment containing a Text information item.
- Click the “Copy Item” icon.
Click the Experiments Smart folder, filter and select the desired experiment.
Expand the Add Content dropdown list and select “Paste Element".
- A copy of the information Item is created and is available under the Contents section.
Note: you must keep in mind that for this method to work, you must copy the information item and, in the same tab of your web browser, search for the experiment to which you want to add this information item and then paste it into the experiment. If you copy this information item in one tab of your browser and you have the second experiment open in a different tab, you will not have the option to paste.
You can find more information about this feature in our help center, in the section Signals One & Signals Notebook > Create and Record > Record and Register Research > Copying an Information Item.
