Signls Notebook: It is case sensitive to look for a value in an filter field

When you are working with the filter and try to find a value in the filter field, please, take into account that this field is case sensitive. A word , that is started with uper register, cannot be found if you are looking for it in a lower case. It is expected workflow of the application.
