Signals Notebook: Unexpected Availability of Contextual Picklists Feature

The Contextual Picklists feature was reported to be visible in some systems without specific activation. This was verified to align with the feature's release status, but certain discrepancies were identified between the functionality available for worksheets and ADTs.

Solution

1. Confirm that the core functionality of Contextual Picklists is generally available for all tenants. 
2. Understand that extended features remain in beta and require an explicit request for activation. 
3. Verify post-release availability or limitations through testing tenant configurations. 
4. The What's New page has a simple way to determine requirements for some of its functionality to be available or delimited based on additional licensing, which at this time is:
