Bulk export Materials from a Material library in Signals

1️⃣ Signals Dashboard ➡ select  [Materials]
2️⃣ Materials ➡ select [down arrow] ➡ select material type
3️⃣ Materials ➡ select [Actions] ➡ Select Items...
4️⃣ Materials ➡ select at least one material
5️⃣ Materials ➡ select [Action on All] ➡ select Export Material
6️⃣ Export window ➡ select export format ➡ select [Export]
7️⃣ Materials ➡ select [View Report]

Supporting Knowledge

When exporting items, you can select individual items to export. In that case, follow until step 3, and then select [Action on Selected].

Notes:

• A maximum of 5000 records can be selected and exported at once.
• Formats to export chemical libraries: SDF or csv without structures.
• Formats for DNA, RNA, and Protein: Multipart GenBank, Multipart FASTA, .csv or Zip with sequences.
• Formats for other libraries: .csv or .zip for attachments and images.
