Signals Notebook: I am getting an error message when trying to access my Signals Notebook tenant URL 'You need a License to access this application'

Users can observe this message in two situations:

Situation 1:

There is a chance that the Signals Notebook tenant is not activated. Please check your inbox (check spam folder if needed) for the Activation Email with subject “Your Revvity SIgnals Order Information”.  Now the Signals Notebook tenant can be activated by following the access instructions mentioned in this email.

Situation 2:

Signals Notebook subscription might have expired.

Please contact your account manager from Revvity Signals to get this addressed. In case you do not know your account manager, please contact Support and provide your Signals Notebook tenant URL and also the screenshot showing the error along with the URL.
