Signals One: How to Reset the Signals One Material Library Sync when using SDF 2.0

Resetting the material library sync is one of the first steps in triaging an issue with the sync or assets/batches from SNB not appearing inside Inventa.

1. From SNConfig > Materials > Select library (For example: Compounds) > Data Factory Mapping > Project Activation & Status.

2. Turn off  the toggle for the project you are working on   .

3.  Confirm Sync Disable in the pop-up window

4. Turn on the toggle for the same project  .

5. Confirm Sync Enable in the pop-up window

An orange "Syncing" label will appear next to the project until all materials are synchronized, then it will change to a green "In Sync" label.
