Spotfire Server: Incorrect redirect when using OpenID in Spotfire Server 14.6

A new defect has arisen in Spotfire 14.6 when using OpenID Connect authentication. 

After authenticatiing with the OpenID provider users are redirected back to an incorrect URL for the Spotfire server. This URL erroneously has an extra slash at the end (/spotfire/ui//), which results in a 404 error page as seen below. 
 

This only applies in configurations where OpenID is not the primary authentication method. In other words, OpenID is enabled but another authentication method (e.g. Username/Password) is the primary method.

This is a known defect which will be addressed in Spotfire Server version 14.6.2
