Supporting Knowledge
To ensure a successful import, please follow these guidelines:
- Container Type Consistency: All records in the CSV file must have a single container type.
- Amount Column: The values in the "Amount" column can be imported with or without a unit specified.
- Date Format: All dates must conform to one of the formats listed in the dropdown menu. If no time is provided, append " 00:00" to the date and select the format "MM/dd/yyyy HH:mm".
- Post-Import Review:
- Once the import is complete, select
[View Report] in the lower-left corner to access the list of import reports.
- In the "Report" column, select
[Download] to download and then open the report.
- Check the "Result" column for any records marked as "FAILED".
- Refer to the "Message" column for the specific reasons for failure.
- Once the import is complete, select
- Re-import Corrections: Update the failed records in a separate CSV file with the corrected values and re-import the updated file.
