Percepta: Exporting prediction results with structure information

Description
When running property predictions for multiple compounds, users often need to export results along with structure representations for downstream analysis or archiving.

Solution

• From Spreadsheet mode run the desired batch prediction in Percepta (logP, pKa, ADME/Tox, etc.).
• After calculation, review the Results table.
• Choose Export and select the output format:
  • CSV/Excel for numerical tables.
  • SDF if you want to retain structures along with properties.
• Configure export options:
  • Include identifiers (names, IDs).
  • Select which properties/endpoints to export.
• Save the output file.
• Verify in the target application:
  • CSV/Excel: check columns and units.
  • SDF: ensure both structures and property fields are present.
