Signals Notebook: How to prevent users from updating ADT Tables definition in experiments

Solution

Administrator can restrict users belonging to specific roles from updating ADT table definition by following steps below:

1. Log in to the SN Config page with administrator credentials
2. Navigate to User Roles
3. Select the Author tab

4. Uncheck the Update Definition privilege for the specific user role

   Important consideration: Please note that unchecking the "Update Definition" privilege will prevent users in that role from updating worksheets, variation tables, ADTs and stoichiometry tables with the latest definitions.
