Description: The Save button in the Edit User page is disabled even after having performed changes to the user's information and changes cannot be saved through the UI.
Solution: This issue can be caused by problems with the web browser or web browser data in the client machine. To resolve the issue please ensure your web browser is supported and up to date, clear the web browser's cache and reboot your client machine.
Steps:
1. Log out of the application and close all browser windows
2. Clear the browser cache and cookies for the site
3. Reboot the client machine
4. Retry in a private/incognito browsing session
