Description
Some ADTs can display all or multiple External Actions regardless of configuration to one particular ADT template, especially on older ADTs created before the functionality was introduced to allow EA-to-template associations.
Copying experiments with ADTs exhibiting this behavior can propagate the behavior into the new experiment.
The same can occur when creating experiments out of templates exhibiting the behavior.
Solution
- Review ADTs showing unexpected EAs in the UI
- Validate by copying an affected experiment to see if behavior persists.
Remediate by recreating the table:
- Export the ADT’s data.
- Recreate the ADT and import data back into
- The newly created ADT should be unaffected
- Update references in worksheets/experiments to point to the new ADT and verify EAs now display as intended.
