Problem
When adding a Reactant in a Container to the Stoichiometry Grid, you may encounter a situation where the Reactant, MF, FM, and MW columns are not populated automatically. This can occur specifically when you use the "To Grid as Reactant" feature to add a Container. This behavior depends on the Reactant's library configuration.
(Fig.1: Adding a Container of compound to the Stoichiometry by Quick Add)
(Fig.2: The barcode search finds the Container, and adds it to the Stoichiometry via "To Grid as Reactant")
(Fig.3: The operation adds the Container in the Stoichiometry, but the columns for the compound's properties are empty.)
Solution
This is likely caused by the configuration for the library in Materials. Please contact your Signals tenant administrator and request that they enable the following setting:
Signals Configuration → Materials → <Library Name> → Stoichiometry Mapping
