Description
Users experienced failures when exporting Empower results to Spectrus Processor. When they select Cancel, an error message appears: “Unable to export CDF files from Empower database.”
Solution
In the Export to ACD/Spectrus Format window, enable the Temporary Files Folder option under Folder for Intermediate CDF Files Exported from Empower.
Optionally, check Read Additional Peak Information.
Use a clear export prefix; the rest of the file name will be auto generated and include the Sample name and Results (Channels or Injections) ID.
