Signals Notebook: Downtime notifications for planned updates

All downtime windows for planned updates are announced via the Signals Notebook System Alerts.  Screenshots illustrating how system alerts appear within Signals Notebook are provided below for reference.

You can access System Alerts via User Dropdown Menu > Help Resources > System Alerts

Notification Details:

• Alerts are displayed 2–3 days prior to any scheduled downtime, giving users adequate time to plan accordingly.
• Notifications are visible to all end users upon logging into the system 

Since Signals Notebook operates across multiple environments, downtime schedules and maintenance windows can vary between tenants. As a result, notifications are delivered directly within each tenant's system via system alerts, ensuring that each customer receives information that is specific and relevant to their environment.
