Signals One: Signals One license allocation

Issue Summary: 

As a System Administrator of a Signals One tenant, you may notice two separate license options — "One" and "Notebook" — available for allocation to individual users in Signals Configuration → Users. 

This article explains the difference between these two license types.

Description:

Allocating a "One" license to a user grants access to the complete Signals One feature set, which includes all Signals Notebook functionality. There is no need to assign both license types to the same user.

Allocating a "Notebook" license grants access to Signals Notebook features only, without the broader Signals One capabilities.

Key Points:

• "One" includes "Notebook" — do not assign both licenses to the same user, as the "One" license already covers all Notebook features.
• License counts are tracked separately — the number of "One" and "Notebook" licenses in use can be viewed under Licenses Used.
