Signals Notebook: I do not see the option to create a custom table in Signals Notebook

Custom tables can only be created by the Signals Notebook from the Table Templates page in the System Configuration. This option is only available for Signals Notebook Standard, Signals Notebook Individual does not offer the option to create custom tables.
