We can confirm that the following products do not use PHP as part of the development or core modules:
- Signals Platform (including Signals Notebook, Signals One, Signals Synergy, and other products within the platform)
- Spotfire (all supported versions)
- ChemDraw (all supported versions)
- E-Notebook (all supported versions)
- ChemBioOffice Enterprise (CBOE) (all supported versions)
- ACD Labs products (all supported versions)
As these products have no dependencies on PHP, they are not affected by PHP-related vulnerabilities:
CVE-2026-109618 — RCE via out-of-memory (OOM) corruption
CVE-2026-109619 — RCE via stale global state / use-after-free
