Problem:
I get the following error message in Spotfire Analyst when trying to install Signals VitroVivo

Solution:
This error is due to Region language is not set to English.
To fix this issue you need to go to Control Panel > Clock and Region > Region and change Format to English
Then restart the computer and log in Spotfire to complete the installation.
