Intermittent Information Link

If you have two, or more Spotfire servers behind a Load balancer, and the Information link sometimes fails, then check each Spotfire server is able to run the Information Link.

Information Links, should be able to run on every Spotfire server, because there is no way to route these requests.  That means JDBC drivers should be the same on all Spotfire servers.  Plus any Data source firewall should allow all Spotfire servers.

Test by connecting directly to each Spotfire server and accessing the Information Link.
