Signals Notebook:Users unable to login to the Signals notebook, they get the following error:

Keywords: Signals Notebook, Unable to login, 403, Access Denied, You don’t have permission to access this page

While attempting to login to Signals Notebook, Users get the below message:

1. 403
2. Access Forbidden
3. You don’t have permission to access this page
4. Go to Homepage
5. "Access Denied. Your account is not authorized to use the application from this location."

Solution: In the Signals Notebook System settings, the ‘Restrict IP Access” has been set by Signals Notebook Administrator.

The public IP’s at the customers locations may not be on their whitelist.  And hence the access was only permitted from office/lab networks.
