Signals Notebook: How to change ownership of a notebook or experiment

I'd like to change the owner of notebooks and experiments from one user to another but I see no option to do this in the system.

Solution: The option available is to 'Share' the notebook with the new user with 'Full Control', the remove the old user from the 'Sharing' place. This can be done in various ways:

1. The notebook/experiment creator can go to 'Sharing' and select a group or person and select the option 'Full Control' from the dropdown menu.
2. An Administrator (when the 'Full Control' security policy is enabled) can navigate to the notebook/experiment and use 'Sharing' the same way the creator user can and assign 'Full Control' to another user.
3. An Administrator user can perform the changes using the API PATCH /entities/{eid}/shares/{shareId}
