Why do I get incorrect structures when using structure filter?

Incorrect structures are returned if the structure index becomes mixed.

Currently, it is not possible to create an option to refresh the structure index manually.

There is a workaround to do this. You will need to regenerate the structure index. However the regeneration can only be triggered by row count change, 

Workaround:

1. Clear the structure filter.
2. Add a Table plot, mark a row in it and delete the row
3. Undo the delete operation which will recover the table
4. Redo the structure filter, LD will start to calculate the structure index.

This should resolve the incorrect Structure Index.
