Lead Discovery Premium no longer requires Microsoft Visual C++ runtime

Starting from Lead Discovery 8.5  and Lead Discovery Premium 3.1, Microsoft Visual C++ runtime is no longer included in the System Requirement. The required C++ runtime will be included in Lead Discovery modules folder.

This means that new users of Lead Discovery will no longer be required to gain Windows admin privilege in order to install C++ runtime to fullfill the System Requirement of Lead Discovery.
