Failed - Insufficient Permissions
To solve this error, first try changing the location to save the installer. You can use your desktop or Documents folders instead. To do this right-click the installer EXE file and select Save link as... and then enter the new location.
If that fails, rename the .exe to .txt, then change it back after the download is complete.
