Signals Notebook: User does not get the first New User email from Auth0

This might be because user already exists on Auth0.

If this occurs, user should go to the login screen and go through the Forgot Password workflow.

Alternatively, the tenant may not use Auth0 for authentication. In this case, the Forgot Password link will go directly to https://connect.revvitysignals.com/login/.
